As recruitment director, you will drive the recruitment team’s ability to support school and network leaders to hire smart, passionate and committed new teammates. You will lead the recruitment department to establish new and sustainable practices so our network will be recognized as the #1 place where talented teachers and support staff come to work. A bit more about you…you are data driven, have a track record of success as a team leader, and are driven to find the best teachers and leaders for our students. You take the long-term view to find real solutions to big problems. You also have experience working with schools and a strong marketing sensibility.

Here's what you'll be doing:
Develop short and long-term strategies to ensure sustainable best practices while accounting for rapid growth within the network
Establish measurable, time-bound goals for each recruitment season to promote continued improvement from year to year
Establish progress tracking systems and accountability measures to ensure that the recruitment team is continually meeting its goals
Manage a team of Associate Directors and their direct reports to deliver on aggressive annual goals
Manage the implementation and launch of new projects
Build and manage relationships with key partner organizations to build pipelines for future needs
Build on existing partnerships with internal departments (ie: marketing, human resources, and finance) to codify clear, strategic internal recruitment processes and to ensure positive candidate experiences
Design team-wide performance management standards and professional development opportunities for individual team members
